利用規約 / Terms of Use

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「婚活デートメモ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（本アプリの性質）

1. 本アプリは、利用者が婚活・恋活におけるお相手の情報やデートの記録を、利用者自身のために整理・メモするための個人用ツールです。
2. 本アプリは、出会いの仲介、異性の紹介、マッチング、連絡手段の提供は一切行いません。

第2条（データの取扱い）

1. 利用者が本アプリに登録した内容は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、開発者を含む第三者はアクセスできません。
2. データの保全（バックアップの作成・保管）は、利用者の責任で行うものとします。
3. 端末やブラウザの仕様・故障・アンインストール等によりデータが消失した場合でも、開発者は復元の義務および責任を負いません。

第3条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 記録した第三者の情報を、本人の同意なく公開・共有・拡散する行為
3. 第三者への誹謗中傷、プライバシー侵害、ストーカー行為その他の権利侵害につながる利用
4. 本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリングその他の不正利用
5. その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（記録内容の責任）

本アプリに記録される内容はすべて利用者が作成するものであり、その内容および利用により生じた一切の結果について、責任は利用者が負うものとします。第三者に関する情報の記録は、節度をもって行ってください。

第5条（有料プラン）

1. 本アプリの有料プラン（プレミアム・広告なし等）は、いずれも買い切り型であり、サブスクリプション（自動更新課金）はありません。
2. 購入・返金は、購入時に利用した各ストアまたは決済サービスの規約に従うものとします。
3. 有料プランの価格および内容は、事前の告知をもって変更される場合があります（購入済みの内容が事後に縮小されることはありません）。

第6条（免責事項）

1. 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、開発者はその完全性、正確性、有用性、特定目的への適合性について保証しません。
2. 本アプリの利用または利用不能により利用者に生じた損害について、開発者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、開発者は責任を負いません。
3. 開発者が責任を負う場合であっても、その賠償額は利用者が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします。

第7条（規約の変更）

開発者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第8条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of "Konkatsu Date Memo" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of the App

The App is a personal tool for organizing your own notes about dating partners and dates. The App does not provide matchmaking, introductions, or any means of communication between users.

2. Data

All content you add is stored only on your device; no third party, including the developer, can access it. You are responsible for creating and keeping backups. The developer is not liable for data loss caused by device or browser behavior, failure, or uninstallation.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: (1) violate laws or public order; (2) publish or share recorded information about third parties without their consent; (3) use the App in a way that leads to defamation, invasion of privacy, stalking, or other infringement of rights; (4) copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App; (5) engage in any other conduct the developer deems inappropriate.

4. Responsibility for Content

All content recorded in the App is created by you, and you bear full responsibility for it and for any consequences of its use. Please record information about others with restraint.

5. Paid Plans

Paid plans (Premium, Ad-free, etc.) are one-time purchases with no subscriptions. Purchases and refunds are subject to the terms of the store or payment service used. Prices and contents may change with prior notice; purchased content will not be reduced retroactively.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

7. Changes to the Terms

The developer may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location in the first instance.
